Pricing Update: Country Brief at 1 XRP, Deep Concierge at 5 XRP, Custom Bounded at 15 XRP

After expanding coverage from 4 sample countries to full 30-country deployment, we have updated our pricing tiers to reflect the true scope of what we provide.

Why the change

When we launched the concierge service, it covered 4 countries with basic data scraping. Since then, we have expanded to:

• 30 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and Southeast Asia
• Government-grade sourcing — HK C&SD, SG MFA, Japan METI, India MEA, and direct API feeds (not scraped HTML)
• AI synthesis with contradiction handling — Deep Concierge tier does not just summarize; it cross-references conflicting sources and flags uncertainties
• Explicit scope negotiation for Custom Bounded requests — you define countries, dimensions, and depth before paying

What changed

Country Brief (was 0.1 XRP → now 1 XRP):

Single-country data lookup with source citations. Now covers 30 countries with verified government sources.

Deep Concierge (was 0.5 XRP → now 5 XRP):

Cross-country analysis (2–3 countries) with AI synthesis. The 10x increase reflects the real cost of running a frontier model with contradiction-aware prompting — not just scraping plus GPT.

Custom Bounded (new tier at 15 XRP):

Deep research for 1–3 countries with explicit scope negotiation. Agent and user agree on countries, dimensions, and depth before payment. Returns structured report with source-backed findings and explicit unknowns.

All three tiers are available on both payment rails:
